the location was central enough to get around easily.

The pillows seemed like rocks. They were very thick and solid, so sleeping comfortably was difficult. an emergency light above the door shone brightly all night, despite someone trying to cover it with tape.

i chose this location for its close proximity to public transport it made getting around easy the room was well equipped with all necessary amenities the hot water and comfy beds were particularly welcome after a long day i appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation it was evident that attention to detail was a priority

The staff were very helpful and friendly . The location was central and close to many shops. I also liked the room's large windows.

The lobby had an intense smell of kitty litter upon arrival. I also discovered a roll of moldy toilet paper in my room. My shower had a leak. It made a mess.

I found the air conditioning very effective. The room had a washing machine (very helpful for longer stays). The location near Liverpool Street station offered excellent convenience.

The staff did not mention an extra charge for damages until I arrived.
